I understand that my Signature Modern Beauty Unit has been professionally colored and heat styled; however, even with the highest quality tools and products, all textured hair reacts to heat and color, often resulting in a looser or changed curl pattern from its original form. I understand that all custom items are non-refundable, and any concerns must be reported within 3 business days of receiving the product. I further understand that HD lace is delicate and must be handled with care. This unit is an investment and, while designed to last 2 to 5 years, the lace is naturally fragile. With consistent daily wear, the lace may experience balding or shedding over time, especially with heavy-handed styling or rough handling. For optimal longevity, it is strongly recommended to invest in two units and alternate their use to preserve the integrity of the lace and extend the overall lifespan. To ensure the continued quality and performance of your unit, we highly recommend sending your unit back to our company for all maintenance needs. This helps protect your investment and ensures proper care is taken during cleaning, customization, and any necessary repairs.
