• Due to the Natural of Modern Beauty Units, there are no refunds or exchanges. Our units are custom made to fit your specific head size and desired look. Please be diligent in taking the proper head measurements before making a purchase.

HAIR BUNDLES

• Bundle orders can not be returned or exchanged if the seal of the bundle is broken or altered in any way.
• Bundle orders can not be returned or exchanged if the hair has been colored or altered with styling tools.
• All units and bundle orders ship out at the end of their processing time (Please view the processing time of the item you are interested in before making a purchase).

All orders are shipped out via USPS or FEDEX, local pickup is not available. The address on file is the only address we will ship products to, please make sure your address is correct before completing your order. No manual changes will be made.
