The processing time for units is 25 business days. After this period, your unit will be shipped. Please wait 24 hours for the tracking information to update in the FedEx shipping system after it has been dispatched.
Q: Is there a storefront? Can I pick up my wig in person?
Yes, we have a storefront! Our salon is in Birmingham, AL. You'll receive a notification once your unit is ready for pickup after processing is complete.
